Double Exposure Photography

German photographer Florian Imgrund acquired his first film camera in the summer of 2010 and since then has become somewhat of a master in analog double exposure photography.

His photographs blend images of people with their natural landscapes. They serve to reassert the close relationship that human beings have with the environment. To create this, the artist relies solely on his camera film and stays away from computer manipulation.This helps in generating images that are not only delicate and ethereal but metaphorical, with a haunting sensibility that only monochrome is able to muster.
