Ganga Kinare

It’s unbearable to live in the cities during the summers. Which is why when we came across this quaint, little resort in Rishikesh, we thought we’d share it with you.

Situated on the banks of the River Ganges, Ganga Kinare invites its guests to unwind, laze about in the sun, meditate by the river, river raft and/or explore the nearby Rajaji National Park.

Tucked within the retreat is the Holywater restaurant, which overlooks the stunning waters. A multi-cuisine, vegetarian restaurant, it gifts its guests the inimitable experience of dining by the Ganges. ‘Whether it’s a steaming mug of coffee with your favourite book, or a delicious full-course meal with family and friends, Holywater offers a distinctive dining experience,’ shares Tarun Gulati, the resort’s owner. The resort also has yoga opportunities for the guests who like to keep their weight in check.
